Manager of Corporate Development and Investor Relations, Codan Limited

Sarah is the Manager of the Corporate Development and Investor Relations division at Codan Limited (ASX:CDA). Established in 1959, Codan is a South Australian company that develops rugged and reliable electronics solutions for government, corporate, NGO, and consumer markets across the globe. Codan's IP is world-leading and its products are sold in more than 150 countries to customers ranging from the world's largest humanitarian aid organisations to mining companies, security and military groups.


Sarah has an international background in strategy, finance, mergers, and acquisitions. She has led acquisitions and divestments for many years affecting strategic change, capital raising and liaising with the investment markets in Australia and Canada. Originally from Canada, Sarah moved to Australia in 2001 and has since held positions in consulting, corporate finance, and commercial organisations. Her corporate development experience is considerable, having executed a range of acquisitions, divestments and technology licensing agreements while at Codan and in her prior role at KPMG Corporate Finance.


Sarah is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia. She is a member of the CFA Institute, AICD and Australasian Investor Relations Association.
