As a high growth business leader, entrepreneur and investor, Glenn’s philosophy has been built around creating shared value, a concept which focuses on the connections between societal and economic progress. A focus on creating shared value drives business model innovation and growth for companies and, as a consequence, greater benefits for a society.

He is currently serving as an Executive Director at After the Words, an independent management consultancy and investment firm focused on enterprises that are capable of leaving a commercial and social legacy.  Glenn has worked for, partnered with, sold to and/or invested with organisations such as Optus, Telstra, Amazon Web Services, Cable & Wireless, Kimberly-Clark, AstraZeneca, Novartis, Cardinal Health, Keeler, Sonic Healthcare, LG Household, Health Care Ltd, BBraun, NZX (Cleargrain), UWA and Australian, US, European and Asian government and public sector agencies.


Glenn specialises in strategy, business model innovation, customer identification, path to market development, operations and investment execution for enterprises at all stages of the growth cycle, from existence (startups) through to resource maturity (>$1B valuation).


He holds an MBA from University of Western Australia and as “un amateur de vins”, is completing a Masters in Viticulture and Oenology at the University of Melbourne. After all, creating shared value and enjoying life are not mutually exclusive goals.
